We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to support the recruitment and hiring of qualified professionals within the construction, engineering, manufacturing and industrial sectors.In this role, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, partnering closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective hiring strategies. You will play a key role in attracting top talent for engineering, technical, and factory-related positions while ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.RESPONSIBILITIESManage the full recruitment cycle, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding.Partner with hiring managers and department leaders to understand staffing needs, role requirements, and workforce planning aligned with business objectives.Source and attract candidates for manufacturing, factory, engineering, technical, and industrial roles using LinkedIn, job boards, networking, and employee referrals.Conduct initial interviews and candidate assessments to evaluate qualifications, technical expertise, and cultural fit.Coordinate interviews with production, engineering, maintenance, and operations teams to ensure an efficient hiring process.Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for technical and manufacturing roles.Prepare and publish job descriptions and job advertisements for open positions.Track recruitment progress and maintain accurate recruitment reports, databases, and ATS records.Support employer branding initiatives by participating in career fairs, university partnerships, and recruitment events.Assist in managing internship and early talent programs, including candidate selection and onboarding.REQUIREMENTSBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.Experience recruiting for manufacturing, engineering, or industrial roles is preferred.Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruitment processes.Experience using LinkedIn, job boards, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including factory, engineering, and operations departments.Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously.BENEFITSAttractive package.Life & Social & Medical insurance.Transportation provided.bonus scheme.
