The role focuses on sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates while ensuring an outstanding candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle.Key Responsibilities:Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding.Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels.Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.Track recruitment metrics and provide hiring reports.Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.3–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.Strong sourcing and interviewing skills.Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS systems.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.Location: GizaSubmit your CV to: a.shawky@giza-power.com
