Manage the full-cycle recruitment process (job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring).Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and workforce planning.Source candidates through various channels such as:Job boardsSocial media (e.g., LinkedIn)Employee referralsReview resumes and conduct initial candidate screenings.Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.Negotiate job offers and compensation packages with selected candidates.Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).Monitor recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire and cost-per-hire.Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or related field.1–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.Familiarity with ATS systems and recruitment platforms.Strong interviewing and candidate evaluation skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple hiring projects simultaneously.
