Company: myGINNE Digityal Location: Cairo, Egypt (on-site) Reports to: CFO Function: Finance & People Role SummaryOwn end-to-end recruitment for myGINNE across commercial, technical, and operational roles, with primary load on building the field sales team for Hisabak. Source, screen, assess, and close candidates against governorate-level expansion targets. Operate as the single point of accountability for time-to-hire, quality-of-hire, and pipeline coverage.Key ResponsibilitiesRun full-cycle recruitment: intake briefs with hiring managers, JD calibration, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and pre-onboarding handover.Build and maintain talent pipelines for high-volume sales roles across Egyptian governorates, including passive sourcing through LinkedIn, Wuzzuf, Forasna, referral networks, and field-level community channels.Administer the myGINNE pre-employment assessment battery (bilingual, 110-point exam across 14 sections) and post-training evaluations; interpret results and recommend hire/no-hire decisions.Run structured competency interviews using scoring rubrics; calibrate panels across hiring managers to reduce bias and increase signal.Manage the Applicant Tracking workflow, keeping every requisition, candidate stage, and rejection reason auditable.Negotiate offers within approved bands; coordinate offer letters, employment contracts, and reference checks.Partner with the Sales Lead, Operations, and Finance on workforce planning, headcount budgets, and replacement hiring.Track and report weekly on funnel metrics: applications, screens, interviews, offers, acceptances, time-to-fill, source-of-hire, and 90-day attrition.Coordinate post-offer with HR Ops on onboarding schedule, device issuance, social insurance, and probation review cycles.Build employer branding presence on LinkedIn and recruitment platforms; produce hiring content with the Marketing function. Required Qualifications1–3 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, with at least 2 years in high-volume or field sales hiring in Egypt.Demonstrated track record of hiring across multiple governorates outside Greater Cairo.Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Wuzzuf, Forasna, and at least one ATS (Zoho Recruit, Workable, or comparable).Fluent Arabic and English, written and spoken; able to write, screen, and interview in both.Strong command of structured interviewing, competency frameworks, and assessment design.Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field; HR certification (CIPD, SHRM, AUC HR Diploma) preferred.Preferred QualificationsPrior exposure to startup or scale-up environments, particularly fintech, retail tech, or SaaS.Experience hiring sales agents, field reps, distributors, or merchant-facing roles.Familiarity with Egyptian labor law, social insurance procedures, and probation regulations.Experience designing or calibrating pre-employment assessments.Key Performance IndicatorsTime-to-fill ≤ 21 days for sales roles; ≤ 35 days for technical and senior roles.90-day new-hire retention ≥ 85%.Offer acceptance rate ≥ 80%.Pipeline coverage ratio ≥ 4:1 at screening stage.Quality-of-hire score from hiring manager survey ≥ 4.0/5.0 at 90 days.Working ConditionsFull-time, 5 days/week from myGINNE HQ in Cairo.Reports to the Finance & People with dotted line to commercial leadership.
