Key Accountabilities and Decision Ownership:Support annual workforce planning by collecting, consolidating, and validating hiring needs in line with approved manpower plans.Execute the full recruitment cycle for assigned roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, assessment coordination, and onboarding handover.Source and build talent pipelines through multiple channels (job boards, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and recruitment agencies, etc.).Conduct HR interviews to assess candidates’ cultural fitness, behavioral competencies, and alignment with role requirements.Coordinate interviews, assessments, and selection decisions with hiring managers, HR Business Partner and relevant stakeholders.Prepare and manage job offers, candidate communication, and joining formalities in line with HR policies and approved structures.Maintain accurate recruitment data, documentation, and reports, highlighting hiring status, challenges, and recommended actions.Academic, technical, and professional qualificationsBachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources, or a related field.HR diploma or professional competency-based interviews certification is preferred.Experience:1–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment preferably in pharmaceutical field.Exposure to structured recruitment processes and competency‑based interviewing is require
