Receive hiring requests from the company’s different departments.Establishes recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives; meeting with managers to discuss needs.Builds applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, media, and Internet sites; providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits; making presentations; maintaining rapportAdvertise all vacancies internally through the company’s network, and externally through various channels.Familiar with headhunt skills and methods.Screening CV’s according to the qualifications, experience, and skills listed in the job descriptions and preparing shortlists.Coordinate interview dates and appointments & Manage HR and technical tests.Conduct initiative interviews for candidates assessing their skills, basic knowledge and adaptability to company environment.Complete interview arrangements by conducting applicants, scheduling tests & interviews and maintain HR manager interviews calendar.Update and develop recruitment database and maintains application archiving systems.Ensures that all the processes of planning, recruiting and selecting comply with the organization's recruitment policies and proceduresFollow up with the candidate for the acceptance / rejection of the employment offer and responding to any inquiry.Report to the HR Manager on all recruitment activities & update related tools according to process requirements.Coordinate with the training department regarding the training starting date and agenda.Confirm the starting date with the candidates.Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations. University degree in any relevant field.Prefer candidate will be residents of Sadat City or nearby areas.At least 2-3 years of relevant experience is a must.Experience in attracting white-collar and blue-collar workers from all governorates.HR diploma or certificate is a plus.HRIS experience is preferred.Very Good user of MS office.Very good English language.Very Good Data analysis and excellent follow up skills.Time-management skills.Good Problem solving and Very Good communication skills.Multitasking person.Males only.We provide accommodation and three meals a day.
