Manage the full recruitment cycle including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers and onboardingSource candidates through multiple channels such as Wuzzuf, LinkedIn, social media, and employee referralsScreen CVs and conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidate fit against job requirementsCoordinate and schedule technical and panel interviews with hiring managersBuild and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needsWrite and post clear and accurate job descriptions across relevant platformsMaintain recruitment trackers and update candidate status regularlyPrepare recruitment reports and hiring updates for HR managementEnsure a professional and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring processSupport employer branding activities and represent the company at career events when neededAssist in other HR projects and tasks as assigned BSc/BA in Business Administration or relevant field; additional education in Human Resource Management will be a plus3 – 5 years of proven experience in talent acquisition or a recruitment roleHands-on experience with job portals such as Wuzzuf , LinkedIn or Indeed.Strong interviewing and assessment skillsGood understanding of sourcing techniques including Boolean search and social media recruitingStrong communication and interpersonal skills in both Arabic and EnglishAbility to manage multiple open vacancies simultaneouslyHigh attention to detail with good organizational and time management skillsProficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with ATS or HR databases is a plusCIPD or any HR certification is an advantage
