- Lead and manage the Talent Acquisition team, ensuring hiring targets and KPIs are achieved- Drive workforce planning initiatives and monitor hiring progress against manpower plans- Partner with stakeholders and clients to understand hiring needs and ensure effective service delivery- Oversee recruitment operations, candidate pipelines, and database management- Monitor and enhance recruitment KPIs, hiring quality, and stakeholder satisfaction- Develop and improve onboarding and orientation programs to create a positive employee experience- Contribute to HR policies, procedures, and process improvements that enhance operational efficiency- Review internal job postings and support the development of candidate assessment tools- Prepare recruitment and HR performance reports, providing valuable insights to management - Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field- 7+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition- Strong leadership and team management skills- Excellent MS Excel proficiency- HR Diploma or Certificate is a plus- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills- Fluency in English language writing & speaking- Strong time management and problem-solving abilities
