About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Talent Acquisition Supervisor with a strong background in construction and contracting from reputable companies in the same field. The ideal candidate will lead the talent acquisition function, manage a team of recruiters, and ensure timely and accurate staffing for both head office and project sites.Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & SelectionLead end-to-end recruitment for all functions, whether head office or site-based roles (Technical Office, Planning, Cost Control, QA/QC, Site Engineers, HSE, Procurement, etc.).Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future critical positions.Ensure high-quality candidate screening, assessment, and selection processes.Manage sourcing through job boards, headhunting, referrals, and professional networks.2. Workforce PlanningDevelop and maintain manpower plans and workforce projections for all projects.3. Reporting & Data AccuracyPrepare and maintain accurate and updated reports, including:Recruitment Status ReportVacancies DashboardTurnover ReportTime-to-Fill & Time-to-HireRecruitment SLA ComplianceProvide weekly and monthly hiring analytics to management for decision-making.4. Team LeadershipLead, motivate, and develop the TA team to achieve high performance.Conduct coaching, training, and skill-building sessions for team members.5. Employer Branding & Hiring QualityEnhance the company’s employer brand within the construction market. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.7-9 years of experience, with at least 4 years in a Supervisory/Seniority role in Talent Acquisition.Mandatory: Previous experience in construction and contracting companies.Strong understanding of manpower planning, project staffing, and construction job categories.Excellent reporting and data analysis skills.Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.Ability to work under pressure with a strong, confident, and professional personality.Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Power BI is a strong plus).Only candidates who meet the above-mentioned criteria are eligible to apply for this position.
