You will champion a learning culture, ensuring our team is equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in a rapidly evolving landscape.Responsibilities:Conduct comprehensive training needs analyses to identify skill gaps and development opportunities across the organization.Design, develop, and deliver engaging learning solutions using a blend of methodologies, including corporate training, e-learning, experiential learning, and virtual platforms.Manage and optimize our Learning Management System (LMS) for content delivery, tracking, and reporting.Develop and implement robust succession plans to ensure leadership continuity and career growth.Administer and enhance performance management frameworks, providing coaching and mentorship to support individual and team growth.Drive change management initiatives, fostering adaptability and resilience within the workforce.Create compelling learning materials, from presentations to simulations and videos, ensuring high engagement and effectiveness.Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to align talent development initiatives with strategic organizational goals.Explore and integrate AI applications in HR and L&D to innovate and enhance our development offerings.Skills & Technologies: You will leverage your expertise in Learning Management Systems (LMS), various e-learning platforms, and content creation tools. Your understanding of Learning and Development (L&D) Principles & Methodologies (ADDIE/SAM/etc.) and Adult Learning Theories (Bloom's Taxonomy/Gagne's 9 Events/etc.) will be crucial. Experience & Expertise:A minimum of 3-7 years of progressive experience in Talent Development, Human Resources Development, or a related field, demonstrating a track record of success.Proven ability to conduct comprehensive Training Needs Analyses and design impactful learning programs.Strong background in Instructional Design and the application of L&D Principles & Methodologies (ADDIE/SAM/etc.) and Adult Learning Theories (Bloom's Taxonomy/Gagne's 9 Events/etc.).Demonstrated experience with Succession Planning and implementing effective Performance Management frameworks.Proficiency in using Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other digital tools for content delivery, tracking, and reporting.Expertise in delivering various learning modalities, including Corporate Training, ELearning, and Experiential Learning.Strong facilitation and presentation skills, with the ability to lead interactive workshops and discussions.Familiarity with AI applications in HR and L&D is highly desirable.Proven ability in Coaching and mentorship to support individual and team growth.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills to build strong relationships with stakeholders.Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and drive initiatives from conception to completion.A passion for fostering growth and maximizing human potential, coupled with strategic thinking and the ability to align talent development initiatives with organizational goals.Career Level: This is an Experienced level role, seeking a professional ready to take on significant responsibility and drive strategic talent initiatives.
