Responsible for tracking the coordinators and the captains when it comes to 3pl's requests and inquiries response rate and SLA.Making sure that Critical Cases ( Jira Tickets ) are closed within SLA.Send daily reports to Coordinators including their performance & Efficiency + Sharing insights and directions to help them improve Performance.Responsible for tracking the performance of the vendors on a daily basis and report directly the top offenders to the Supervisor.Responsible for a zone or more in the district to focus on it's performance and to dig deeper into the obstacles and raise flags with a detailed reporting and analytics on a daily basis.Running a weekly live meeting with 3PL managers to assess their performance and recoach them if needed.To Run a weekly meeting with store managers to insure dynamic and smooth operations and co-operation between both functions.QualificationsWHAT DID WE ORDER?Bachelor's degree in logistics or any other related field.3-4 Years of full time experience in logistics.Experience with drivers.Flexibility.Experience managing large groups of people.Ability to work under pressure.Leadership skills.Fluent in both languages Arabic and English.Communication skills (Written and Verbal).
