-Lead cost estimation for Civil, Architectural, and MEP works-Prepare BOQs, budgets, and tender submissions aligned with market conditions.-Lead procurement activities and support supplier & subcontractor selection.-Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to achieve best value and cost efficiency.-Monitor market prices, materials, and industry trends.-Identify and proactively control cost risks.-Oversee procurement cycle from specifications to awarding phase.-Work on projects including malls, villas, and high-end finishing. -More than 10 years of experience in Estimation & Procurement within the construction field-Strong experience in malls, villas, and finishing projects-Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture Engineering Only-Solid knowledge of contracts, vendors, procurement process, and cost control.-Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills.
