Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.Minimum 2-4 years of experience in a supervisory or team leadership role.Strong leadership and people management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.Experience in performance management and team development.Strong organizational and time-management skills.Good command of English, both written and spoken.Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.High level of professionalism, accountability, and attention to detail.
