Tech Implementation Manager

DescriptionEnvision Employment Solutions is currently looking for a Tech Implementation Manager for one of our partners, a global leader in Information Technology Services & Consulting!About:The Technical Implementation Engineer is responsible for the hands-on deployment, configuration, and integration of Client Business network, security, or IT solutions for enterprise customers. This role bridges technical design and live operational environments, ensuring solutions are implemented to specification, on time, and within quality standards.-Candidates must already have legal authorization to work in Egypt.Responsibilities:Deploy, configure, and integrate network and IT solutions (routing, switching, security, cloud, UC) for enterprise customersExecute implementation plans produced by the Technical Design Authority and Project ManagerPerform site surveys, equipment staging, cabling, and systems integration as requiredConduct technical testing, validation, and user acceptance tests in line with design specificationsDocument implementation activities, configuration records, and as-built documentationCoordinate with third-party vendors and local teams during site-based deploymentsTroubleshoot and resolve implementation issues in a timely mannerSupport the handover from project delivery to operational support teamsContribute to post-implementation review and capture of lessons learnedAdhere to Client change management processes and security standards throughout implementationRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, Telecommunications or related field3–5 years of experience in network or IT implementation in a telecom/IT services environmentHands-on experience with Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, or similar vendorsKnowledge of routing protocols (OSPF, BGP), VPN, MPLS, SD-WAN, and/or LAN/WAN technologiesCCNA certification required; CCNP preferredFamiliarity with ITIL change management processesStrong problem-solving and documentation skillsAbility to work independently on customer sites and in virtual team environmentsFluency in English required; additional languages are an assetSkills:Network Infrastructure: Deep knowledge of Cisco Routing and Switching (Nexus platforms), LAN/WAN topologies, and protocols such as BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, and IPv6.Modern Solutions: Hands-on experience in either SD-WAN (VeloCloud, Fortinet), Cloud services (Azure, AWS), and security platforms like Zscaler or Checkpoint.Tools & Processes: Proficiency in ITIL standards for incident and change management, and experience with ticketing systems (e.g., OBS proprietary tools).Soft Skills: Strong matrix management, ability to lead under pressure during network outages, and excellent client-facing communication.
