Job Title: Technical Designer (Architectural)Location: CairoEmployment Type: Full-timeAbout the RoleWe are looking for a Technical Designer to join our team and support the technical development of architectural and interior design projects. The role focuses on translating approved 3D designs into accurate technical drawings and detailed working sheets used during project execution while ensuring compliance with building codes, materials specifications, and project requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare technical sheets and working drawings based on approved 3D designs.Review As-Built drawings and coordinate with the site supervision team to ensure drawings reflect site conditions.Develop detailed technical drawings with accurate dimensions for assigned projects.Ensure designs comply with building codes, life safety standards, and MEP requirements.Suggest alternative materials or technical solutions when necessary to improve project execution.Coordinate with the design team and project managers to resolve technical issues.Review lighting layouts and ensure compatibility with MEP preparations.Present design progress to the Technical Team Leader and implement feedback throughout project phases.Follow project timelines and ensure on-time delivery of technical drawings.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering or a related field.3–6 years of experience in technical architectural design.Strong experience in AutoCAD and technical drawing preparation.Familiarity with design and presentation software such as Illustrator, Photoshop, PowerPoint, and Excel.Strong understanding of technical detailing, materials, and building codes.Excellent English communication skills.SkillsTechnical drawing and detailingArchitectural coordination with design teamsProblem-solving and material optimizationTime management and meeting project deadlinesWorking ConditionsLocation: Cairo (Head Office)Working Days: Sunday – ThursdayDays Off: Friday & Saturday
