Together, we can reinvent anything13802586-SAP Technical Integration Senior Analyst As a Technical Integration Consultant – Senior Analyst, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities to deliver tangible business value by assessing the current state, capturing high-level requirements, and defining technology-enabled business solutions. You will translate business needs into integration solutions and operating models, supporting transformation initiatives by developing business cases and guiding their implementation. You are expected to work independently, become a subject matter expert, and actively contribute to team discussions while providing innovative solutions to work-related challenges. Advanced proficiency in Integration Architecture is essential, with recommended expertise in Integration Management.Key Responsibilities:Identify opportunities to deliver business value by assessing the current state, capturing high-level requirements, and defining integration-enabled business solutions. Act as a subject matter expert in Integration Architecture and Integration Management, providing guidance and solutions to complex challenges. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of business objectives and technology solutions. Facilitate workshops to gather requirements, foster stakeholder engagement, and validate proposed solutions. Develop comprehensive documentation to support business processes, technology integration, and solution designs. Monitor industry trends to identify innovative integration solutions that enhance business performance and efficiency. Actively participate in team discussions, contribute to key decisions, and provide solutions to problems that apply across various teams. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members to foster a collaborative and learning-focused environment. Continuously evaluate and refine integration processes to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and alignment with organizational goals. Basic Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of [2 years] of experience in integration consulting, technical analysis, or solution design. Advanced proficiency in Integration Architecture. Strong understanding of Integration Management and its role in delivering business value. Proven experience in gathering and documenting business requirements and designing technology-enabled solutions. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and provide innovative solutions. Strong collaboration and communication skills to engage with stakeholders and cross-functional teams. Experience in facilitating workshops and developing detailed process and solution documentation. Preferred Qualifications:Certifications in Integration Architecture, Integration Management, or related areas. Familiarity with cloud-based integration platforms and tools (e.g., SAP Integration Suite, MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, or similar). Experience with process optimization, automation, and integration. Knowledge of Agile development methodologies and project management practices.
