Technical Lead

Technical Leadership: Lead the design, development, and deployment of large-scale applications using Node.js, React, Next.js, TypeScript, and AWS ensure best practices are upheld and mentor junior team members Architectural Decisions: Design robust, scalable, and secure features. Evaluate and incorporate the appropriate design patterns, frameworks, and tools to achieve scalable solutions Code Quality: Write high-quality, maintainable, and scalable code. Ensure the team's adherence to established coding standards and conduct code reviews Performance Tuning: Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks in applications. Advocate for and implement best practices to ensure optimal performance and responsiveness Collaboration: Work closely with Product Managers, Designers, QA, and other engineers to ensure a smooth development process. Drive technical discussions and provide feedback on technical specs Continuous Learning: Stay updated on emerging technologies and introduce innovative tools and technologies which can benefit the team and the product Problem Solving: Tackle complex technical challenges, provide solutions, and take full ownership to drive them to completion Project Management: Assist in the allocation of resources and planning of sprints.
