We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Maintenance Supervisor to lead our maintenance team within a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in both mechanical and electrical systems, along with proven leadership abilities. • Supervise and lead a team of maintenance technicians (Electrical, Mechanical, and Utilities).• Plan and assign daily maintenance activities while ensuring efficiency and quality.• Execute preventive and corrective maintenance for production and utility equipment (boilers, compressors, and water treatment systems).• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner.• Train, mentor, and continuously develop team members.• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) standards. • Technical Diploma, Technical Institute, or Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.• Minimum 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing is a must.• Strong technical expertise in both mechanical and electrical maintenance.• Ability to read and interpret basic technical drawings.• Good command of Microsoft Office (Word & Excel) for reporting.Why Join Us?• Professional work environment• Opportunity for career growth• Competitive package
