Architectural Technical Office Engineer required to join BPlus Construction in Sheikh Zayed.Prepare and review shop drawingsPrepare quantity take-offs and BOQsPrepare and review payment certificatesCoordinate between technical office and site teamsEnsure smooth project executionFocus on finishing works/projectsApply strong technical and coordination skills 4 years of experience in Technical Office and finishing projects.Strong experience in Shop Drawings preparation and review.Strong experience in BOQs preparation and quantity take-off.Experience in preparing, reviewing, and following up payment certificates.Good knowledge of finishing works and execution items.Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.Ability to coordinate between Technical Office and Site teams.Bachelor’s degree in Architecture Engineering or a related field.Residents of Giza Governorate only.Ability to work from the company headquarters in Sheikh Zayed.
