Drive the technical accuracy of projects through shop drawings, material submittals, BOQ take-offs, and coordination across civil, architectural, and MEP disciplines ensuring work is executed to specification, on schedule, and on budget.Prepare, review, and control shop drawings, coordination drawings, and as-built documentation.Process material submittals and technical approvals with consultants and the client.Carry out quantity take-offs and support BOQ, variations, and cost control.Raise and track RFIs and resolve technical queries from the site team.Review method statements and ensure work follows approved drawings and specifications.Coordinate between design, procurement, QA/QC, and site teams to keep documents flowing.(Senior / Managerial) Lead the technical office team, set standards, and oversee deliverables and timelines. Bachelor's degree in Civil, Architectural, or MEP Engineering.Junior: 0–3 years | Senior: 5+ years | Managerial: 10+ years of technical office experience in construction.Strong command of AutoCAD; Revit / BIM is an advantage.Solid knowledge of construction drawings, submittals, BOQ, and coordination workflows.Proficient in MS Office.Team leadership and stakeholder management (for Managerial level).
