Technical Office Engineer

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Technical Office Engineer to join our engineering team at Borg El Arab For Steel Fabrication. The ideal candidate will be proficient in SolidWorks and PowerMILL, capable of translating design intent into precise manufacturing outputs within a fast-paced steel fabrication environment.Key ResponsibilitiesCreate and manage 3D models, assemblies, and technical drawings using SolidWorksDevelop CNC machining programs and toolpaths using PowerMILLCollaborate with production and quality teams to ensure design-to-manufacturing accuracyPrepare BOMs, technical reports, and fabrication documentationReview and interpret project drawings and specifications to support workshop executionRequirementsBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related fieldFluency in SolidWorks — modeling, assemblies, drawings, simulationFluency in PowerMILL — CNC programming, 3–5 axis machining strategies2–4 years of experience in a technical office or steel fabrication environmentStrong understanding of GD&T, engineering tolerances, and fabrication standardsGood communication skills in Arabic and English (written and verbal)Must be based in Alexandria — candidates residing in or near Borg El Arab are strongly preferredWhat We OfferCompetitive salary packageCareer growth opportunitiesCollaborative technical team
