Architect & Mechanical & ElectricalPreparation and review of detailed construction drawings and architectural details.Full coordination between Architecture, Structure, and MEP disciplines.Preparation and review of BOQs and technical specifications.Reviewing shop drawings, material submittals, and finishing materials.Supporting project teams in resolving technical conflicts and site issues.Review electrical design drawings and technical submittals.Preparation of shop drawings.Coordination with other engineering disciplines.Review lighting, power distribution, and low current systems.Review HVAC, Fire Fighting, and Plumbing systems.Preparation and review of shop drawings.Technical coordination with project teams. Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit MEP (BIM coordination experience preferred).Experience in Value Engineering.Strong knowledge of local building codes and civil defense requirements.Excellent problem-solving and coordination skills.Experience in Fire Alarm and Low Current Systems. ( for the Electrical ) Experience in malls or mixed-use developments is preferredProven experience in commercial or administrative developments.Strong coordination and teamwork capabilities.Ability to work under deadlines and project pressure
