Review project drawings, specifications, contracts, BOQs, and client requirements to determine project scope and technical requirements.Prepare, develop, and revise shop drawings, layout drawings, and construction details using AutoCAD in accordance with project specifications and client requirements.Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, clients, and consultants to obtain and verify technical information required for drawing preparation and project execution.Review and incorporate consultant and client comments into drawings and technical documents.Prepare quantity take-offs and material calculations based on approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.Prepare project cost calculations, cost breakdowns, and estimations for tendering, budgeting, and project execution purposes.Prepare quotations and pricing proposals in accordance with company pricing policies and project requirements.Coordinate with the Suppliers to ensure the timely availability and delivery of required materials.Monitor project quantities, material consumption, and cost records throughout the project lifecycle.Prepare payment applications and supporting documentation based on approved quantities, executed work, and contractual payment terms.Prepare as-built drawings and project close-out documentation upon project completion Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering,0–2 years of experience.Excellent command of written and spoken English.Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant engineering software.Strong knowledge of technical drawings, shop drawings, construction details, and project documentation.Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and coordination skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
