Review quantity surveys and quantity take-offs submitted by contractors and subcontractors.Review and verify contractors’ invoices, interim payment certificates, and final accounts.Prepare and process Purchase Requests (PRs) through the SAP system.Review and approve as-built drawings and technical documentation.Verify project quantities and evaluate variation orders and claims. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.Minimum 5 years of experience in Technical Office, Construction, Quantity Surveying, and Contract Administration.Proficiency in AutoCAD, SAP, and advanced Microsoft Excel.Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.Ability to coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal project teams.
