Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or messaging applications and coordinate site measurement requests.Prepare retail quotations using AutoCAD, Excel, and Word.Analyze project drawings and prepare comprehensive project quotations.Coordinate with Finance and Operations teams to ensure accurate pricing and approvals.Receive and classify customer complaints (breakage, scratches, wrong size, delivery delays) and forward them to the relevant department.
