Prepare shop drawings, material submittals, and RFIs.Coordinate with site and design teams. Provide technical support on-site when required. Review drawings, BOQs, and project specs. Follow up on approvals and project progress.Liaise with procurement and logistics for timely delivery of materials.Oversee day-to-day site activities to ensure progress according to plan.Monitor quality control and ensure construction adheres to design specifications.Identify and resolve site issues and technical problems.Maintain regular communication with clients, contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders.Participate in site meetings and progress reviews.Ensure compliance with safety standards and legal requirements.Conduct site safety audits and coordinate corrective actions.Assist in cost estimation and budgeting for projects.Track project expenditures to stay within budget.Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.Ensure successful handover to operations teams or clients.Address post-completion defects or issues during the liability period. Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Architecture, or related field.4–5 years of relevant experience in retail construction, fit-outs, or interior projects.Strong understanding of retail space planning, MEP coordination, and finishing details.Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project, and Microsoft Office Suite (Revit is a plus).Knowledge of local building codes, safety standards, and permit processes.Excellent problem-solving, time management, and communication skills.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under pressure.
