We are seeking a highly qualified and detail-oriented Technical Office Engineer with a minimum of four (4) years of relevant professional experience. The successful candidate will be a disciplined team player with demonstrated expertise in technical documentation, interior workshop drawings, and coordination drawings, contributing to the precise and efficient execution of projects across all phases.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES• Thoroughly reviewing contract documents, technical specifications, and project drawings to verify accuracy and ensure full contractual compliance.• Preparing, issuing, and revising shop drawings, interior workshop drawings, as-built drawings, and coordination drawings in accordance with project requirements.• Developing comprehensive coordination drawings to identify and resolve design conflicts across architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines.• Preparing and submitting material submittals, Requests for Information (RFIs), and technical proposals within established project timelines.• Conducting detailed quantity take-offs and Bills of Quantities (BOQ) reviews with a high degree of accuracy.• Maintaining effective coordination with consultants, clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams to ensure consistent project alignment.• Providing structured technical support to Project Managers and Site Engineers throughout all stages of project delivery.• Monitoring project progress against established benchmarks and ensuring strict adherence to technical specifications and quality standards.• Contributing to cost estimation exercises and supporting procurement activities as required.• Participating in technical meetings, providing constructive input, and preparing comprehensive meeting reports.• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date technical documentation and project records in accordance with company procedures.• Demonstrating a collaborative and professional approach as an integral member of the project team. REQUIREMENTS• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline) from a recognized institution.• A minimum of four (4) years of proven experience in a Technical Office Engineering capacity.• Demonstrated proficiency in the preparation and review of interior workshop drawings and multi-discipline coordination drawings.• Comprehensive knowledge of shop drawings, material submittals, BOQs, and technical documentation standards.• Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite.• Experience with Revit or BIM-based platforms is considered a significant advantage.• Sound understanding of construction methodologies, materials, and prevailing industry standards.• Excellent written and verbal communication, coordination, and organizational capabilities.• Proven ability to manage concurrent tasks and deliver consistently within project deadlines.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS• Prior experience within Construction, Interior Fit-Out, or Design & Build project environments.• Demonstrated capacity to independently produce and review interior workshop and coordination drawings.• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a meticulous attention to detail.• Ability to perform with professionalism and precision within demanding, deadline-driven environments.• Experience operating as part of integrated, multidisciplinary project teams.
