Technical Office Engineer

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient Technical Office Engineer to join our construction team. In this role, you will bridge the gap between engineering and project management by overseeing and executing the technical aspects of our construction projects. You will collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.RESPONSIBILITIESPrepare technical documentation for construction projects including drawings and specifications.Coordinate with project managers and site engineers to ensure alignment of project objectives.Conduct thorough analysis of project specifications and plans to identify potential issues and solutions.Assist in the development of project schedules and ensure resources are allocated appropriately.Support the procurement process by preparing and reviewing bid documents and contracts.Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress and compliance with plans and regulations.Provide technical support and training to field personnel as needed.Maintain accurate records of project changes and costs to assist with budgeting and forecasting.REQUIREMENTSBachelor's degree in Arch Engineering, Construction Management or a related field.At least 3 years of experience in a technical office engineering role within the construction industry.Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and other construction software.Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations.Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality and accuracy.Familiarity with project management software such as Microsoft Project or Primavera.
