Technical Office Engineer – Wood, Metal & Marble Works

Operating on a fully integrated business model, the company combines premium project execution with robust in-house manufacturing capabilities, ensuring consistent delivery of high-value developments through its specialized factories (Wood, Aluminum, Wrought Iron, and Marble).Location:Badr City / Maadi, Cairo.Position:Technical Office Engineer – Wood, Metal & Marble Works.Experience:2–5 years of relevant experience in one or more of the following fields:Office Furniture & Joinery WorksMarble Fabrication & Cladding SystemsArchitectural Cladding SystemsAluminum WorksMetal Fabrication & Steel Works Education:Bachelor's degree in Applied Arts, Architecture, Industrial Design, Engineering, or any related discipline.Technical Skills:Excellent command of AutoCAD.Good knowledge of SolidWorks, 3ds Max, or other 3D modeling software.Ability to prepare detailed shop drawings and fabrication drawings (cutting lists, marble layouts, and detailing).Experience in quantity surveying, material take-offs, and pricing.Strong coordination skills between design, factory, and site teams.English language proficiency is NOT a mandatory requirement (Technical and engineering competence is the primary selection criteria).Key Responsibilities:Prepare comprehensive shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and accurate cutting lists.Perform detailed quantity take-offs, material estimation, and support invoicing/payment applications.Coordinate technical and material requirements between the design team, production factories, and site execution.Support project delivery in accordance with project specifications, quality standards, and strict deadlines.Benefits:Competitive salary package based on qualifications and experience.Professional and dynamic work environment.Career growth and development opportunities.Exposure to prestigious architectural and fit-out projects.Social and medical insurance according to company policy.
