Technical Office Enginner

Freelance Technical Office Engineers RequiredWe are currently looking for three Freelance Technical Office Engineers for project-based assignments in the following disciplines:Civil Technical Office EngineerArchitectural Technical Office EngineerMEP Technical Office EngineerResponsibilitiesPrepare and develop Shop Drawings in accordance with approved design drawings, specifications, and project requirements.Produce detailed construction and coordination drawings.Review IFC drawings and resolve technical issues.Coordinate with other disciplines to ensure proper integration of all systems.Prepare As-Built Drawings when required.Deliver high-quality drawings within agreed project timelines. Proven experience in preparing Shop Drawings within the relevant discipline.Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant software (Revit, Navisworks, etc.).Ability to work independently and manage project deliverables remotely.Strong understanding of construction methods and site requirements.Previous experience in residential, commercial, hospitality, or mixed-use projects is preferred.Portfolio or samples of previous Shop Drawing projects.Years of experience.Expected freelance rate (per drawing, per project, or hourly basis).Preference will be given to candidates with both Technical Office and Site Execution experience.
