Technical Office ManagementLead and manage the technical office team (Shop Drawings, Quantity Surveying, Planning).Assign tasks and monitor team performance.Review and approve all technical documents before submission.2. Shop DrawingsReview and approve shop drawings prior to execution.Ensure compliance with design drawings and project specifications.Coordinate between different disciplines (Civil, Architectural, MEP) to resolve conflicts.3. Quantity SurveyingReview and prepare quantity take-offs.Prepare and review monthly invoices/interim payment certificates.Monitor project costs and compare with the budget.4. Site CoordinationProvide technical support to site engineers.Resolve technical issues during construction.Monitor work progress and ensure alignment with the project schedule.5. Consultant & Client CoordinationPrepare and submit RFIs (Requests for Information).Manage and follow up on submittals (materials, drawings, samples).Attend technical meetings and represent the company.6.
