Key Responsibilities:???? Technical Office Duties:Prepare, review, and approve shop drawings and as-built drawings. Coordinate architectural designs with structural and MEP disciplines. Manage RFIs, submittals, and technical documentation. Resolve design conflicts and site technical issues. Ensure compliance with project specifications and contract requirements. ????️ Quality Control Duties:Implement and supervise Quality Control procedures on site. Ensure all works comply with approved drawings and specifications. Conduct site inspections and quality audits. Prepare NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports) and follow up corrective actions. Review and approve materials and finishes. Coordinate with consultants and client representatives for quality approvals. Requirements:Bachelor’s Degree in Architectural Engineering. Minimum 10 years of experience in construction projects. Strong experience in both Technical Office and Quality Control functions. Excellent knowledge of: AutoCAD Revit (preferred) Excel (Advanced) Strong understanding of construction specifications and standards. Experience in large-scale projects is an advantage. Strong leadership and decision-making skills. Ability to manage multiple technical and site challenges.
