Lead and supervise all Technical Office activities across all functions.Manage and coordinate the work of Technical Office Engineers to ensure accuracy, quality, and timely delivery of all outputs.Review and approve shop drawings (civil & architectural) before submission to consultants.Oversee the preparation and submission of material submittals, technical submittals, and method statements.Supervise the preparation of quantity take-offs and BOQs for project activities.Coordinate with site engineers, planning, procurement, and project management teams to resolve technical and construction issues.Follow up on consultant comments and ensure all required revisions are implemented properly.Monitor variation orders, design changes, and additional works and coordinate with the cost control/commercial team.Oversee cost-related technical studies, including quantity verification and technical evaluation of subcontractor offers.Ensure all drawings and technical documents comply with project specifications, contract requirements, and company standards.Provide technical support and solutions to the construction team during project execution.Ensure proper documentation, filing, and tracking of all technical office submissions and approvals.Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers regarding technical and design matters.Guide and mentor junior engineers and technical office staff to enhance team performance and productivity. Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.Contracting experience is a MUST.7+ years of experience in Technical Office roles within construction/contracting companies Graduates of 2016,2017,2018 are highly preferred  Strong knowledge of shop drawings, quantity surveying, BOQ preparation, and technical submittals.Good understanding of cost control and variation management.Proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel, and Microsoft Office.Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills
