Seif Real Estate is looking for a proactive Technical Office Team Leader to lead our in-house technical operations in Smouha. Since we execute our own development projects, this role is critical in bridging the gap between our vision as a developer and the technical execution on-site, focusing on quality, cost-efficiency, and team management.Key Responsibilities:Team Leadership: Direct and mentor the technical office team, ensuring all deliverables meet company standards.Shop Drawings & Submittals: Oversee the preparation and approval of high-quality Shop Drawings, As-Built drawings, and material submittals.Quantity Surveying (QS): Manage precise material take-offs and cost estimation for our internal projects.Contract & Invoice Management: Review subcontractor contracts and verify their monthly invoices against actual site progress.Procurement Coordination: Work closely with the procurement department to ensure materials are ordered accurately and on time.Project Documentation: Manage RFIs, technical logs, and all project-related documentation to ensure smooth workflow.     Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering.5-8 years of experience in Technical Office roles (Real Estate Development experience is a plus).Strong background in Cost Control and Value Engineering.Expert in AutoCAD and MS Excel.Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.Resident of Alexandria.
