You will lead client relationships, manage technical roadmaps, and drive the development team toward successful outcomes.Key responsibilities include:Managing the product and engineering roadmap to align with client objectives and business goalsTranslating business requirements into actionable tasks for the development teamLeading high-stakes client relations and acting as the technical point of contact for US-based stakeholdersAssessing and communicating technical complexity behind Jira tickets to both technical and non-technical audiencesOverseeing the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering through deliveryLeading discovery phases to define project scope, system architecture, and technical risksRunning Agile ceremonies (Scrum/Kanban) and maintaining a high-performance delivery cadenceRequirementsRequired Qualifications:Software engineering background (such as former Software Engineer, Tech Lead, or System Analyst) with a strong understanding of code development, API integration, and sprint dynamics2+ years of hands-on experience in software development (mobile, web, or backend)Experience translating business requirements into actionable work items for software engineering teamsExperience managing client relationships in a delivery or implementation contextExperience leading discovery phases to define project scope, system architecture, and technical risksExperience leading the full software development lifecycle from requirements through deliveryWorking knowledge of Git, CI/CD, and API structures (REST/GraphQL)Agile project delivery experience, including running Scrum or Kanban ceremonies and maintaining a high-performance cadenceFluent (C1) English proficiency for US client communicationAbility to work during 8:00am-5:00pm Eastern Time (ET)Preferred Qualifications:Familiarity with Flutter/DartFamiliarity with AI/LLM integration workflows (such as LLMs, MCP)BenefitsDaily collaboration with a U.S.-based team on impactful projects.
