In this role, you will promote and support the full Belimo product portfolio, working closely with contractors, OEMs, system integrators, and distributors. This position is ideal for engineers who combine strong HVAC technical knowledge with commercial drive and customer engagement skills.Key Responsibilities- Promote Belimo’s complete product range: airside, waterside, sensors, and digital solutions- Identify and pursue new projects across assigned territories- Conduct customer visits and build long-term relationships- Provide technical sizing, selection, and application recommendations- Support installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting when required- Prepare quotations and assist in commercial negotiations- Maintain accurate CRM entries, pipelines, and forecasts- Coordinate with the Sales Manager (RAC) on strategic opportunities and key accounts Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering- 1–5 years experience in HVAC, controls, or MEP contracting- Strong technical understanding of HVAC systems and field devices- Excellent communication and presentation skills- Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving ability- Proficiency in English; Arabic native preferred- Preferred: Residents of 6 October City or nearby areas (Sheikh Zayed, Hadayek October, etc.)
