Fresh energy, strong communication, and a passion for sales are key to success in this role.Key Responsibilities:Identify and develop new business opportunities within the construction industry.Promote and sell Novochem's products to contractors, consultants, and project owners.Provide technical support and guidance to clients on product applications.Deliver technical presentations and proposals to clients.Achieve sales targets and objectives as set by the management.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback.Collaborate with the technical and order management teams to ensure client satisfaction.Requirements:Preferable: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil/Chemical) or Science-related fields.1–3 years of experience in sales or a relevant field.Medical representatives are highly encouraged to apply.Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Sales-driven mindset with the ability to achieve targets.Willingness to learn technical products and applications.Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as required.Preference may be given to candidates who own a car.What We Offer:Competitive salary and commission package.Opportunities for professional growth and career advancement.A supportive and collaborative work environment.
