As we continue to expand our presencein the IT landscape, we remain committed to delivering cutting-edge solutionsthat not only meet but exceed our clients' expectations.The Technical Service Delivery SeniorSpecialist – Cloud is an experienced individual contributor responsible forexecuting and handling cloud service delivery across client environments.Working primarily within Microsoft Azure, AWS, and hybrid platforms, this roleapplies solid technical knowledge and practical judgment to ensure cloudservices are delivered reliably, securely, and in line with contracted SLAs.The Senior Specialist handles complex operational tasks with meaningfulindependence, engages clients professionally on technical matters, andcontributes to service improvements based on accumulated experience — withouttaking on a leadership, architecture, or team management mandate.KeyResponsibilities:•Service DeliveryExecution•Execute and monitor dailycloud service delivery activities across assigned client environments, coveringAzure, AWS, and hybrid platforms within defined operational scope.•Ensure consistentdelivery of cloud services across compute, storage, networking, identity, andplatform layers in line with contracted SLA requirements.•Track cloud resourcehealth, availability zone status, and service quotas; identify and reportdeviations from agreed uptime and performance targets.•Coordinate with cloudengineering and support teams for escalations related to resource degradation,misconfiguration, or service disruption, following escalation procedures.•Maintain accurate servicerecords, operational logs, and delivery documentation in compliance with clientand organizational standards.•Perform periodic reviewsof cloud configuration baselines, access policies, and resource tagging toconfirm alignment with established governance standards.•Operations Management•Monitor cloud dashboards,alerting tools, and health indicators across managed environments; respond toalerts within defined response windows.•Support cloud costgovernance by conducting utilization reviews, preparing right-sizingrecommendations, tracking reserved instance coverage, and responding to budgetalerts.•Coordinate and executeroutine operational tasks including patch management, backup validation,snapshot schedules, and certificate renewals for cloud-hosted workloads.•Identify and escalateperformance degradation, cost anomalies, or capacity concerns to the ServiceDelivery Lead with relevant supporting data.•Support cloud securityposture activities by reviewing compliance scores in Defender for Cloud and AWSSecurity Hub and actioning assigned remediation items within scope.•Client Coordination•Act as a technical pointof contact for assigned clients on day-to-day cloud service matters, ensuringtimely and professional communication.•Participate in servicereview meetings, presenting cloud performance metrics, incident summaries, costdata, and operational updates in a clear and structured manner.•Conduct technicaldiscussions and assessments with clients to understand their cloud environmentrequirements and ensure delivery activities remain aligned to business needs.•Evaluate and processminor cloud change requests — such as scaling adjustments, firewall ruleupdates, and IAM policy changes — within defined approval thresholds.•Support client onboardingactivities including environment readiness checks, access provisioning,monitoring configuration, and platform baseline validation.•Gather client feedbackand communicate service adjustments that improve cloud reliability and theoverall operational experience.•Process Compliance &Quality
