Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce and promote the company’s financial advisory, corporate, and digital solutions.Identify client needs and provide tailored information about mortgage consultancy, financing brokerage, and corporate services.Maintain accurate records of client interactions, leads, and follow-up activities in the CRM system.Schedule appointments and coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding.Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly targets for lead generation and client engagement.Respond promptly to client inquiries and provide detailed information about service offerings.Follow up with potential clients to nurture leads and convert them into active customers.Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine outreach strategies and messaging.Stay updated on industry trends, company services, and competitor offerings.Ensure compliance with company policies, data privacy regulations, and ethical standards during all client interactions.You will receive a 5% commission on every deal you close (paid in AED). 3-5 years of experience in telemarketing, telesales, or a related customer engagement role.Proven ability to communicate effectively and persuasively over the phone.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for managing leads and follow-ups.Ability to work independently in a remote setting while meeting performance targets.Familiarity with CRM software and lead management tools.Excellent listening skills to understand client needs and provide relevant solutions.Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving sales or engagement targets.Professional demeanor and ability to represent the company’s values and services.Adaptability to changing priorities and willingness to learn about new services.Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
