Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site Tele Sales role located in Mansoura. The Tele Sales Representative will be responsible for actively calling prospective clients to inform them about the company's digital marketing services, understanding their needs, and proposing tailored solutions. The role involves managing a sales pipeline, maintaining accurate records, achieving sales targets, and consistently delivering excellent customer service to drive client satisfaction and business growth. QualificationsStrong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.Proficiency in sales techniques, customer engagement, and managing a sales pipeline.Ability to understand client needs and propose tailored marketing solutions.Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries professionally.Time management skills, attention to detail, and an organized approach to tasks.Previous experience in tele-sales, customer service, or related roles is a plus.Familiarity with digital marketing concepts and services is an advantage.Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software is a bonus.Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
