Job SummaryWe are seeking a motivated and results-driven Tele sales Representative to contribute to sales growth by engaging potential and existing customers over the phone. The ideal candidate will be confident, persuasive, customer-focused, and capable of handling objections while maintaining a positive attitude.You will play a key role in generating leads, closing sales, maintaining customer records, and supporting overall revenue targets.Key ResponsibilitiesContact potential or existing customers to inform them about products or services using approved scripts.Answer customer inquiries about products, services, or the company.Ask relevant questions to understand customer needs and close sales effectively.Direct qualified prospects to the field sales team when necessary.Accurately enter and update customer information in the database or CRM system.Take and process orders in a timely and accurate manner.Handle customer objections and grievances professionally to preserve the company’s reputation.Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.Keep detailed records of calls, sales activities, and useful customer information.Follow up with leads to facilitate future sales opportunities. 2 to 3 years of proven experience as a Tele sales Representative or in a sales/customer service role.Bachelor's degree of Commerce/ Business or in a relevant field.Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas, preferably over the phone.Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g., CRM software) and telephone systems.Ability to quickly learn about products and effectively explain them to prospects.Excellent command of English (spoken and written).Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Cool-tempered with the ability to handle rejection professionally.Strong negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
