Publication date : Dec 22, 2025, 1:03PMPurpose of the jobCollecting data on customer's opinion and satisfaction regarding Orange products, features and services to help company determine their position in the marketplace.Duties and responsibilitiesUse the appropriate way whether calls or E-mails to reach the customers and survey their opinion about Orange products, features and services.Maintain accurate responses for the surveys and report it on daily basis.Build a good image and high reputation for Orange customers through understanding the customers needs and concerns along with transforming the information in a clear and professional way.Follow project specifications and extra tasks assigned including the Data Entry of the successful surveys achieved to be prepared for the analysis phase.Minimize the response error and maximize the research output.Job specificationEducationBachelor degree from a recognized university.Experience0-2 years of experience in the same field Skills and abilitiesVery good English both spoken and written.Good knowledge of Orange internal systems.Good computer skills.Good communication and listening skills.Flexible with working hours.
