Make outbound calls to potential customers in Germany.Introduce the company and explain our services effectively.Identify customer needs, interests, and potential opportunities.Provide accurate information and relevant documentation.Record all interactions and inquiries in the CRM system.Manage customer relationships and accounts.Collect, organize, and categorize customer data.Regularly update and maintain records in the CRM software.
