Team members can expect a dynamic environment that values creativity, collaboration, and professional growth.Role Description The Telesales Intern will work full time on-site at CHINUP Agency’s office in Cairo, Egypt. Day-to-day responsibilities include making outbound calls to potential and existing clients, presenting agency services, and supporting the sales team in meeting targets. The intern will follow up on leads, respond to inquiries, and update customer records and reports accurately. The role also involves collaborating with colleagues to improve call scripts, participating in training sessions, and maintaining a professional and courteous approach in all interactions.Qualifications Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and Customer Support abilities.Effective Communication skills, with clear, confident, and polite telephone manners.Interest in Sales and ability to learn telesales techniques and handle objections.Willingness to participate in Training and apply feedback to improve performance.Basic proficiency in MS Office or CRM tools and ability to maintain accurate records.Fluency in spoken and written English and Arabic is preferred.Ability to work on-site in Cairo, manage time effectively, and collaborate with a team.Current student or recent graduate in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is an advantage.
