As a Telesales Representative at Centro, you will be responsible for engaging prospective customers through calls, understanding their needs, and presenting tailored solutions. Your daily tasks will include generating leads, closing sales, providing excellent customer support, and maintaining positive client relationships. Your role will also involve participating in training programs to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques. Qualifications Strong Communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members. Customer Service and Customer Support capabilities to address inquiries and ensure satisfaction. Proven Sales expertise to achieve and exceed sales targets. Willingness to participate in Training programs and adapt to new tools and strategies. Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and colleagues. Proficiency in using CRM tools is a plus. Previous experience in telesales or a related role is preferred.
