What You’ll Do:- Contact existing customers to introduce course renewal options and increase conversion rates.- Maintain regular follow-up with customers to understand their learning needs and recommend personalized renewal solutions.- Monitor students’ learning progress and analyze performance data to develop appropriate renewal strategies.- Address customer inquiries, resolve concerns, and ensure high levels of satisfaction throughout the renewal process.Requirements:- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, or any related field.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to identify and address customer needs effectively.- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment with a positive, results-oriented mindset.- High level of motivation to meet and exceed sales targets, with a strong focus on performance and commission.
