Whether working on residential or commercial spaces, the company provides end-to-end project management, guiding ventures from the initial planning stages through to completion.Role DescriptionWe are seeking a Telesales Specialist for a full-time, remote, with flexibility for remote work. The Telesales Specialist will be responsible for managing outbound and inbound sales calls, engaging in customer support, and building strong relationships with clients to achieve sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include presenting product offerings to potential clients, responding to customer inquiries, and providing support to address client needs while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.QualificationsExcellent Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and convey information clearly.Strong aptitude in Sales and the ability to meet or exceed targets through persuasive outreach and relationship-building.Experience in Customer Support and problem resolution to accommodate client needs and foster satisfaction.Willingness to participate in Training to develop new skills and improve existing ones for professional growth.Proficiency in using CRM software is a plus.Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a hybrid work environment.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is advantageous but not required.
