We invite passionate individuals to join our mission of driving positive change in education.Role DescriptionHandle inbound and outbound calls with qualified leadsUnderstand student needs and match them to the right programFollow up consistently through a structured CRM pipelineCollaborate weekly with the Marketing team to improve lead quality and conversionHit monthly enrollment targets while maintaining a high quality student experienceQualifications1-3 years of telesales experience and background in tech education is a strong plus with the ability to identify and close opportunitiesStrong Customer Service and Customer Support skills to ensure client satisfaction and address inquiries effectivelyHands on experience with CRM systems including lead tracking, pipeline management, and performance reportingExcellent verbal and written Communication skills to engage with clients and convey information clearlyResults driven mindset with strong problem solving abilitiesA genuine passion for helping people build better careers📍Location: Maadi, CairoWe're building something big and we want people who are too.
