Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Teles ales Specialist role based in Heliopolis Cairo. The Teles ales Specialist will engage with customers over the phone to promote company products and services, deliver exceptional customer service, and close sales. The role also involves maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, meeting sales targets, and coordinating with the sales and support teams to enhance customer experience and satisfaction. Qualifications Strong skills in Customer Service and Customer Support Excellent Communication and Sales abilities Experience in delivering training and guiding teams is a plus Proven ability to build and maintain positive client relationships Self-motivated with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets Bachelor’s degree (Fresh Graduates are welcome) Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a relevant field is desirable
