Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Telesales Specialist based in Cairo, Egypt. The Telesales Specialist will be responsible for promoting and selling financial products and services to potential and existing clients through phone communication. Daily tasks include handling inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, providing exceptional customer service, managing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets through effective communication and persuasion. The role may also involve participating in periodic training sessions to enhance sales techniques and product knowledge. QualificationsStrong skills in Customer Service and Customer Support to provide an exceptional client experience.Proficiency in Communication and Sales to effectively convey product benefits and meet targets.Capacity for Training and professional development to continually enhance skillsets and performance.Ability to work effectively in an on-site, team-oriented environment located in Cairo, Egypt.Result-driven mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.Previous experience in telesales or a similar customer-facing role is an asset.
